Or, you can just buy a drill doctor 
I confess, I've thought about it... not because I can't sharpen drills to my own satisfaction, but because it takes time to set the table on the grinder each time, then sharpen a few bits, then set it back level. I should write the settings down (most of my bits use the same angle) but never seem to.
