hi.
still the same problem. way too rich no matter what i do.
but at full throttle after 3-5 seconds it become way too lean.
NO VACUUM/AIR LEAKS TO BE FOUND.
fixed a new valve leak, still the same. i can bet 5000$ that i dotn even have that my valve are perfectly sealed now.
people on here were stubbord it was vacuum leaks.
other place they didnt want to help at all because it was a chinese/4 stroke type carn.
now i have one of the best carb on the market ( dellorto phbg 19 DS ), still the same issue.
so beside the big stubbornness that i have a leak, what can it be ?
i know some are stubborn the wideband is not correct or causing issue on the exhaust.
so ill repeat, wideband work perfectly fine on other vehicle ( car, just tested 2 week ago ), and even without the sensor in the exhaust i have the same issue. first thing i tried. so imagien there is no wideband, just hear it ! its really too rich and screw completly seated in.
it stall the moment i start to pull the choke. so yup its really way too rich.
nearly impossible to start cold. on the video tis hot so it start ok.
i even spplied sealent between head and cylinder so we know its not leaking there too.
intake doesnt leak either. tested AGAIN 15 min ago.
stock jets with the carb that SHOULD works way betetr than that but have the same problem with crappy carb with very small pilot jet. the carb comes with :
main jet : 75
pilot jet : 45
choke jet 60
AN262 4 stroke diffuser.
72cc 47mm bbk.
