Scroll down and there is info telling how to read codes : www.chinariders.net/archive/index.php/t-15675.htmlAlso, what do you mean it's dead? Doesn't run, but... did it shutoff while riding, won't start, won't even rotate with the starter? Details maybe helpful for anyone trying to help you.

"We don't need no stinkin' details! Whatchu talkin' bout?"
Nah. Details help lead to common areas of concern for different types/styles/models. But, most times, I just make it up based on guesses. But figuring which guesses to offer is a lot better with reported details.
If you get codes flashed, an explanation of what the codes indicate is generally available from the manufacturer. Some will even list the codes, indicated problem, and the cause in the owners manual. I have zero EFI machines, so have no decoder ring. And manufacturers make up codes all by them self, custom you might say. They are NOT OBD-II which was somewhat dictated to auto/truck manufacturers. OTOH I would bet that China dictates there is one, PERHAPS two versions of EFI systems allowed to be installed in scooters. The engine/trans designs for scooters seem to be centered on one design, 139QMB and variants. A LOT of the parts are interchangeable as long as the displacement is the same(within bounds). Get out the owners, look up the codes, write a reply. tom
