Nothing unusual, but you may want to check your valve clearances. It seems the noise of larger clearances gets louder when the engine reaches operating temperature.
If you think the noises are not valve/rocker arm tapping, then you can check the flywheel and variator to be sure they are tight on the crankshaft. If the timing chain is loose, you can check the automatic tensioner. It can be reset when removed, and it will automatically re-tension when installed.
