If you want to cruise at 55, and get to 70. I would get a better cylinder. Possibly Stage 6 sport pro, or an MHR replica. You are asking a lot of a sports cylinder. Never heard of the tech R pipe. What sort of riding do you want to do with this scooter?

If your looking for a race toy this a good build to use as a starting point 49ccscoot.proboards.com/thread/27281/70mph-yamaha-vinothe tech r pipe I am mot familiar either a c16 would be what i would want a hotter cylinder in the mid race class than the street race athena evo stage 6 sport pro The vino is super light as is So you could take the fairings off and go all mad max but the front fairings give you something to hide behind as you cut through the air . I would delete the e-start to reduce wight on the crank

I have a vino. It’ll do 50-55 depending on rider weight. Top performance kit, wild lion pipe, stock carb, malossi variator. Super low key & looks stock. Are you wanting a daily rider or a toy that you have to do a lot of tinkering with? A street race kit & a Yasuni r would probably do over 60 & still be reliable.

The more performance you squeeze out of your engine the more maintinence, downtime and money it will take to keep it running right.
I like cast iron 2-ring setups. Reliable and easy. I would start there.
