What do you guys think about this scoot? I'm tryna make it go quick and i think i'm on a good path, the scoot now does 0-30mph in about 5.1s with a 150lb rider, and has a top speed around 79km/h (49mph), i have a video of the acceleration on the link below, the speedo is in km/h. The current cylinder is limiting the exhaust and i will get soon a Stage6 Streetrace 70cc bbk for it, pair it with a crank and variator and i hope, with some fine tuning to get it to 3.x-4s 0-30mph, this should not be hard...right? I'm going for a top speed of 65mph, i live in a kinda big city, no reason to go that fast but i want it to go fast when i need it. Here is the video with more specs and a timer to 50km/h: www.youtube.com/watch?v=RMDbM4wx1sgHope you like my build, i find it easy to get power out of it, maybe because i'm a light rider.

Loads of potential with these bikes. Though you don't see many tasty ones. It's the Minarelli air cooled engine. So a lot of tuning potential.

Theres tons and tons of tuning parts available for these. A golden combo in my opinion: Athena sport 70cc 19mm dellorto phbg (works with stock intake boot) Yasuni R Any sports variator Any aftermarket crankshaft Get the tuning right and you have a ripper! Make sure the engine get built WELL! Measure ring gap. Measure squish. Check if the ports open all the way in BDC. Coat all gaskets (apart from head gasket) very very lightly in RTV. Do a leakdown test after everything is assembeled and rtv has fully cured.
