Hi, so recently i bought my second aprilia sr50 r with malossi 70cc kit. The crankshaft was damaged so i decided to re buld it from scratch with new parts. I have installed new 50cc piaggio kit, new piaggio crankshaft with bearings and seals. However when i tried to start it the bike seems like doesnt get enough fuel in the carbuerator ( previously runed fine with the same dellorto 17.5) Bike has good compresion, good spark ignition but no fuel. Can someone help me?

If you suck on the vacuum line, do you get a stream of fuel out of the fuel line? Have you got the vacuum pipe booked up?

What year is this scooter? I assume you converted it from FI to carb at some point. Did you do a leak down test to be sure the crankcase is properly sealed? Here is a great no start trouble shooting guide: 49ccscoot.proboards.com/thread/647?page=1
