Hi all
I bought 2 stroke Suzuki Address V100 (CE11A) type engine which I will swap to Suzuki Address VTune chassis (similar but 20kg lighter than v100 chassis)
First I want to be sure that it is in working condition outside chassis and after that swap it.
I cleaned carburatter, replaced piston rings, cleaned and serviced variator, exhaust, clutch, transmission, belt, starter.
Anyway when I tried to run it couldnt manged.
Removed spurk park plug to check of there is spark from coil and noticed that it is wet (with fuel).
Cleaned it try it outside evden tried another spark plug and be sure that coil and spark plug in working condition.
I installed spark and tried again no start and plug wet with fuel.
I tried spark plug from running engine, I tried another carburatter from working engine but not run.
I checked compression wth professional toola and measued 115psi compression.
I tried all which I know to start this engine but every time plug wet with fuel.
I had no idea anymore apart
Please help

Seems like the crankcase is full of fuel if you are getting a strong spark..With the engine out just tilt it with the spark plug hole pointing down and spin the engine over, all the fuel will run out of the plug hole..It should start then with a clean plug..

Hi all
I solved no start issue
It was caused by wrong connected coil +v and -v wires.
I changed their sockets and engine run at first try
Cheers
