Hi all new to the 2 stroke scooter game ,recently picked up a unregistered 2006 Yamaha jog and have stripped it down body works and cleaning it up it has 11000kms and seems to run well but has been used as a paddock playbike by kids for a while , so needs a bit of replacing of parts I have noticed while I have all of the cat and clutch torque driver removed ,the gear shaft has a bit of play is this normal or not ,I drained out transmission and undone front cover and pulled out primary gear shaft and replaced bearing and new c clip tapped it back in and put back together and didn’t seem to make much difference ,all the gears looked really good ,has the shaft itself worn ?cheers Todd
