There seems to be very little choice when buying a "street" style scooter tire in North America right now. I cant find anyone who has any model of street tire in both 120 and 130 90-10, except for some shinkos and kendas, which seem like just ok quality tires. What do other North Americans run on their scoots?

Kenda tires do good for me. I also recommend chin shin scooter tires.

I mostly use Michelin tires, but none of mine require the 2 sizes that you're in need of. In general, it seems tougher to get scooter tires lately. The Michelin Power Pure tires that I've used a lot are discontinued now. I went to buy Michelins for my TMAX and the price was way up. Switched to Bridgestone to save a few bucks and one of the two sizes was out of stock many places. Kenda can suit the needs of most scooterists if you can't find something that you like better.
Most of the time when I'm looking for something different than what I usually get, I'll just go on a site that lists by size and browse what they have in that. Usually RevZilla, Dennis Kirk and similar.
