Hi everyone. I just bought a 2008 Tank Sports 150 Viaggio. It has 2285 miles on the speedo. You can tell it has had a rough life and will need some TLC but price was right and it followed me home. I have been looking on line for possible parts and am running into trouble as it seems like the tank brand is not listed are they under some other name? Can you still get parts? Are there scooter bone yards that one can get used parts? It is going to be a winter project so I have a little time. So Thanks for any/all help. JohnB53

That is a typical China scoot, should be plenty of parts out there for it. What parts are you looking for?

Not real sure right now. I think mostly will be fixing/replacing body parts. Then things like brake handles handlebar grips finding a luggage rack . I guess just what it needs to make it a good little scoot. Right now I have to focus on getting it started. The PO said it ran great all last summer but won't turn over now. Said it has new starter needs battery. Tried to turn over with battery charger on (boost) and didn't do a thing. So that is where I am as of now.

Go by engine family, gy6 150, or 50cc, should say Below on engine case, qmb139 is 50cc, qmj150 is 150cc

Thanks for all the help. I got a chance to look at it today and it has been ridden hard with almost no Maintenace that I can see. Found out that the starter solenoid had been changed but when I removed the battery, I discovered the battery cables were melter together. After fixing them and putting it together I tried it and the engine tried to turn over, but wires got super warm in no time so looks like new starter time for sure. But all in all, not bad for $150.00 Should be a fun winter project. I will keep you all informed when I get started. Thanks for the help. JohnB

Plastic body parts may be difficult or impossible to find for an old scoot. Look up some of the plastic repair threads and tips here.

I have fixed some plastic parts before and am learning how to plastic weld. My issue is going to be missing parts more than broken. But for now I have plenty to do to get this up and running and well maintained.
