road to a funeral today, on the way I started getting crazy vibrations under my feet, no clunking or knocking, just insane vibrations. build has less than 100 miles.
what are some things other than bearings that could cause this and how could I diagnose the issue?
thanks

Find out if it's rpm or speed related. In other words, are the vibrations coming from the engine or the wheels.

It's very odd, I know it's not bearings, nothing is knocking and I know a spun bearing feeling as I had one of them. should I look at engine mounts, rear wheel and stuff like that? how do I find out if it's rpm/engine/gear box related, how would I go about testing this?

I did notice I had one little misfire/bike cut out for a split second.

Its either speed or rpm related. Wheels or crankshaft. Theres nothing in between. Try to determine that first.

HOLY FUDGE!!! the stator come off the back plate, sheared off (possibly screws come lose) stator wires snapped in half and it's a complete mess. not sure how that has happened, or how my bike was working with the stator snapped off and lodged inside the flywheel! lol something failed, it had to of been screws or something. I will make sure to try some locktite when I order new parts. so sick and tired of my aerox rattling everything lose. always losing nuts, bolts, screws lol would love to share the aftermath with videos but don't know how to upload videos on here, does it need to be youtube? still confused on the vibrating side of things, I can't see that causing serious and extreme vibrations?

not heard of anyone having issues with stators coming off a stator plate. fly wheel is fine. just the plate and stator, I believe the screws come lose or vibrated lose. I am not sure. either way I didn't think that coming off would cause a vibration but we will see when we get it all fixed I don't really want a inner rotor ignition as I want my build to last and have lights, indicators etc plus I don't know how to set up one and it looks quite confusing and out of my realm of knowledge.

On no. What a mess. Looking at that you have been quite lucky it didn't cause more damage.

I think I have one but it's for the earlier Minarelli engine. It's only got six poles. 😞

stator I am good for, they're easily purchasable. I was looking for the backplate, so hard to come by and fowlers charging 100 for the unit is wild.
