Hello fellow scoots.
I have a Vivacity (3?) registered in 2011, that I bought used. After various problems posted here, it's now running fairly reliably. It may be a combination of the scooter being driven a while with a bad battery, as well as fuel lines carburetor etc. being clogged, and unclogged by adding an additive to the gas.
I'm going to put year-around tires on it, so I'm buying new tires, and I also am considering buying a scooter jack or whatever tool is necessary to be able to take off the scooter wheels and change the tires.
What do you suggest?
Also, I'm not sure if it is tubeless or not. If it is not tubeless, I guess I should change the tube in the same go.

You don't really need a special Jack to remove wheels. I just use a plastic crate of a small stool under the bottom fairing. This will allow you to lift the front up off the ground a few inches, while on the centre stand. Put an old towel on top to save scratching the panel. Take the exhaust off, and loosen the wheel nuts before jacking the bike up. It's much easier with the wheels on the ground. It's easy to remove both wheels at the same time with The centre stand, and a crate under the front fairing. Some tyres are okay to fit. Some can be a nightmare. My local tyre place will fit tyres for free if you buy from him. Or charge £10 to fit into loose wheels. That includes a five pounds per tyre disposal fee.

I mounted tires on the Zuma myself. You need a couple of good tire irons. The hardest part for me was breaking the bead. I used c clamps. A little tire mounting lube and the rest is pretty easy. To balance the front is easy since with the brake caliper off the wheel turns freely. The rear you’ll need a rod or dowl that is close in diameter to the inner dimensions of the bearings. Set the rod across two jack stands with the wheel and tire on it. I rotated the tire on the rim before setting the bead to the place the wheel wants to move the least from any position. The scoot is great to 50+ mph. For higher speed you might need better balance and maybe a different system.
