I don't want to rehash this story but basically the guy broke my handle bar lock and now the handlebars are out of alignment with the front tire and the ignition cylinder doesn't go into the lock anymore. I haven't had a chance to get inside of it and check it out(50-60hr work weeks) but what am I most likely looking at?

It's an 04 Yamaha Vino. I forgot to put that in. Lol might help if you all knew what I was working on

The forks are just probably twisted in the trees.
You need to take the handle had cover and the panels off to check the steering lock.
On my bike they had also bent the bars when trying to snap the lock off.
