Today was the funeral of a friend who got run over by her own van as she opened her back doors her 12 year old son blame's himself for not stopping the van by tugging on the handbrake enough. Still not heard the results from the inquiry yet but this model of van did have a recall for weak linkage snapping and she had only just got it.
The funeral was a large on with 500 plus people and parking for only 30 cars. It was a celebration of her life and not so somber as some has been of late. Colorful was the order of the day.
She lived a lot of her life on the road and helped lots of people out with drug/alcohol related troubles or mental health always giving to others. The service was set in such a way it covered all faiths or lack of. My son has been doing food for the wake which after the rain of late is now in a boggy field with camping.
