Stupid teenager wins the Darwin award posthumously.
I don't believe this was a freak accident. It was a deliberate act of sheer stupidity and it is a good thing for society that he was removed from the gene pool.
BTW, the teenager did not strike his head WITH a concrete beam. He struck his head ON a concrete beam.

It said height clearance 6ft 1" so it wasn't very high. Just a teen doing what teenagers do.
My brothers mate died years ago. Stuck his head out of a moving train window, when there was a train coming the other way.
Modern trains don't let you open doors when moving. Or have Windows in them. Got to protect people from themselves.
If you go on the London underground. It has an automatic door system on the actual platform. This stops people jumping onto the tracks. It only opens once the train has stopped.

Doing stupid things is what qualifies people for that Darwin award. Society can not protect everyone from themselves. Society seems to try and lawyers always try to find fault (and collect money for themselves) but it is just not possible. Idiots will always find ways to get that Darwin award. That 6'1" low point clearance is always warned about in parking structures. One always hopes their vehicle will clear and there is usually a hanging device of some sort that will thump your vehicle before you stick it somewhere in the bowls of the structure. Sticking your head or arm out of a moving vehicle is very dangerous. Just being in a moving vehicle is dangerous. There are many low clearance bridges around that keep ripping the tops off of vehicles when warnings are ignored. Life is not fair in the least and the Darwin award is always looking for new recipients.

Let's take a 50cc that is designed to do 30 and make it do 70 mph 😎
I know I have qualified for the Darwin Award many many times 😆
