Hey I’m trying to see if anyone could help me figure this out. My bike is a pgo buddy 50. It has engine very similar to a minarelli horizontal. I put a Malossi mhr 70 air cooled, stage 6 hpc crank, Polini cp 21, Yasuni c16. I just built it and now it ain’t running right. I tried to change the jets and nothing changed. Changed cdi, nothing changed , I can’t figure it out. I’ll post a video below.

What weights are in the variator they should be really light with your pipe and cylinder 4grams to 5 grams
This will get you closer to the power band which should be closer to 10 k rpm’s than 8k
Your contra will need to be up a notch or 2 in stiffness from stock so you don’t have belt slip
Stock springs are considered soft you will need a medium or better
Clutch springs if she is doggy on take off and then after 50 meters feels like turbos kick in you need tighter spring mostly likely the hardest you can find so you start at the bottom of the power band and take off with power
Do you have a tach it would help a lot
