ZHNG 150D Scoter???

I just ran into a 2008 ZHNG 1500Dscooter for sale. The price isn't bad, but I don't know anything about the brand. I think it is a 150 cc . Would this be in the GY6 family of scoots? Any info would be appreciated.
I just got a better look at the scooter and it is a 150D not 1500 as advertised .

I don't know the scoot or brand, but a quick google seems to show Chinese scoots. I'd assume a typical Chinese scoot with a GY6 150.
