JOG POCHE CV50 G-Lock WONT FULLY OPEN

JOG POCHE CV50 G-Lock WONT FULLY OPEN, just got the bike 48hrs ago, locked it cos where I Packed over night wasn't safe,came this morning to unlock, and it won't open fully, just half way, was hearing weird sounds in the cluch, while trying to move it, now even with the key it won't open, please help

Are you saying the steering lock is stuck on? You might need to move the handle bars slightly to be able to turn the key all the way.
