Hiya thinking of tuning my kymco super8 2 stroke 2016, just asking for any recommendations on parts
Thinking of the
-LeoVinceTT exhaust
-Malossi 70cc kit ( is there a specific one I need)
Any more suggestions are very much appreciated

Thank you for the link, I saw you say that the TT it isn’t the most powerful exhaust, if so which one would u recommend and if u have any ideas of what weight rollers I should have aswell as I’m fitting a Naruku clutch and clutch bell

yasuni r is a good pipe for power.I'm using 27 gramsliders but i'm 200 pounds and if you're 150 or so you could go heavier.It's all trial and error.You need a tach so you can get close to 10,000 rpms for best power.You need stronger clutch springs also.I use yellow and white contra and it's perfect for me.I tried the red and didn't like them.They are made for alot more power than that cylinder can put out.

I like the Dellorto 17.5 for sports builds. Gives a good increase in power, but remains very good lower down.
A 17.5- 19mm carb is the ideal carb size really. Cheap carbs have not been good in my experience.
A tech is a tachometer which usually wraps a wide round the spark plug. This will tell you how many revs the motor is running. Makes it a lot easier tuning the CVT.

You are best to buy a pack of jets for the carb you buy. They do them in a range of sizes to cover a BBK and pipe combination. I brought a pack that goes from 80-98. So it should cover most builds.

Hello again I’m putting together my bike finally and have the dellorto 19.5 carb and some other parts already fitted but I’m asking if anyone knows what reed block I need and any adaptations to fit it to the engine please and thank you kind regards Harvey |
