Eton Beamer gears

I have a 2005 Eton beamer 2. And I want to put 15/42 gears in it. But I'm not sure what model scooter to order for. Any help is appreciated. I know that's long gearing but I have 70cc bbk on it already. The big bore kit was for a 02-11 ZUMA but I've heard the transmission is different. Anyone changed the gears in a 2005 Eton beamer 2 model pn2b?

The gearbox is different from the Zuma. These should work. I use them in my Minarelli clones along with E-Ton Beamer primary gears to get around 11:1 final drive ratio. Works well for most setups.

Any ideas on a cheap CDI that's adjustable?

There’s stuff on aliexpress that’s fully programmable but it’s not plug and play.

The cdi you have in the eton can be modified so it revs all the way out .
there is a way to derestrict the stock cdi
Cutting that green wire on the back of the beamer cdi does let it rev past 8000 rpms .

It is in the beamer service manual supplements So the info is provided by the manufacturer

I have a dlh high speed variator running stock weights 5.5 because the ones that came with it were heavier. Stock carb exhaust/airbox 70cc bbk and I've hit 53mph gps only WOT for 5-6 seconds max rev limited by exhaust. But I have 4 gram weights coming tomorrow with all this. My cdi only uses 2 plugs not 4. I believe that means its not restricted.Sorry if I'm repeating my self it not easy using this form on a small phone.

My CDI only has 2 pins I believe that means no REV limiter. And honestly if it has the rev limiter and I'm already doing 53mph with just 70cc bbk and dlh high speed variator I'm good with rev limiter. Stock carb,exhaust,airbox(drilled like 5 3/8th holes in the air box and was running a .90 main jet to be safe. I was WOT non stop before 70cc kit.

I have all the original paper work from dealership if anyone needs info or diagram they can't find online.
