S y m It does not have a dimmer switch for the headlights what kind of bolt can I use that's automatic?

Most scooters have a high beam and a low beam setting regulated by a simple switch on the handle bars over time the headlamp may need adjusting (up down) (left right) this is done by adjusting screws ,not sure what a dimmer switch is in this context.
