Sooooo, going through a bunch of stuff in bins I bought for a few hundred bucks (included four 2T TNG/hyosong scooters that it may have gone to) from a motorcycle shop going out of biz and came across this fella. Anyone recognize it? Also, is there any advantage to this design?
