Hello everyone my name is takis!! I am from Greece and i am glad that you have 2 stroke forum! In my country it's not so popular the 2 stroke anymore! I have a Piaggio liberty 50cc2t 2010 model. I have bbk 70 malossi 17.5 phva with 88 jet stock air box tecnigas next r pipe malossi variator and stage6 hpc crankshaft with foul rebuild and leak test! is bogging at foul throttle with multiple gram rollers! Sorry for my English

An 88 jet might be too big. My typhoon came with a 58 size jet as standard. You are generally looking at a 5-10% increase in jet size for a bit bore kit. Was it running okay before? Or have you just installed the Malossi kit?

Thanks for the advice i Wil order a puck of smaller jets! At 1/4 of throttle when accelerate is very good and the kmh is rising! at 3/4 or wot only noise and very slow acceleration!

If PHVA 17,5 has restrictor plate at the carburetor intake, the jet sizes are smaller (main jet 50 -56 and idle jet 32 -34) and the jet needle is A22. When You remove the restrictor plate, You need to change a bigger mainjet and a bigger idle jet and and a richer jet needle. A richer jet needle is very important!
My 70 cc Derbi runs well with a following setup: Idle jet 38 Main jet 84 Atomizer GA210 Jet needle A25 (2,02 x 1,40 x 20) clip 2/5 from the top Slide 30

It didn't have restricted in carburettor and from exhaust i remove it! Is very difficult to find needles here in my country! I will take of the carburettor to check the needle! I have had a mikuni 24 stock from 125 typhoon for test and i was have the same problem!

Yesterday i put a tachometer and i have seen that with every combination of rollers 5gr to 7.5gr and contra springs the rpm immediately climb to 9150-9300! I want about 8700-9000rpm(malossi multivar) any ideas (i think the problem is the variator and not the curb 80mj now i feel it lean)

When yo say climb to is that peak rpm that she maxes out for each weight range? Or is it the speed the rpm’s jump to 9100- 9300 when you hit the throttle wide open then it peak at a higher rpm ?
You would be looking for the jump to rpm for setting variator in that range. With the weight range you are running the rpm’s should be wider for when you hit the throttle wide open . Rpm’s should hold as the variator shifts and then rise
Peak rpm’s tends to level off at the same place with different weights

9100-9300 is the max rpm i have seen with every combination of rollers weight almost immediately when i hit full throttle it feels like it finishes all the gears too soon (like slipping belt but it didn't) i have marked the variator it left 2mm

Turn the choke on at WOT and see if that helps.
