hi a have a piaggio zip (fastrider) and i bought some new parts and want to tune it..mainly looking for power of the start and good acceleration with decent top speed.my setup now is 70cc dr kit air cooled yasuni r exhaust dellorto 17.5 karb(dont know the jets) org air filter malossi carbon reedvalves polini vario(5.5 and 6.2 rollers) green malossi contra spring(it says medium) malossi belt (18.5 width) stage 6 clutch 107mm with orange springs tightend almost to full(one big and one small bar to full) it revs good but of the start it doesent pull.. it starts when it starts moving(arong 10km per hour) and doesent have that snap power that im looking for should i change rollers, stiffer springs maybe? any information si welcome

You already have the orange midrace springs fitted. Which should be easily up to the job. The DR and Yasuni R should be a great combination. Both make good torque. You don't say what weight rollers you are using? But lighter rollers would be my next step.

hi i have 3 5.5g and 3 6.2 roller weights so combined 37.2grams

That does sound too heavy with what you have. Try just the 5.5g on their own and see if you notice any improvement.

okay thanks what about the weights in the clutch ?there are 3 on each pad and i have instaled 2 in each section so 6 out of 9 total is that okay? whats the difrence with or without these the clutch is stage 6 mk2 107mm on piaggio engine

You should only change one thing at a time. Try the rollers first. If you make a few changes at once. You can end up running around in circles chasing your tail. The weights in the clutch do make a difference. But it's more for fine tuning how aggressive it grabs.
