It's a different gasket to the one that came with your cylinder. It's thicker. If disconnected electric choke and temperature sensor, I don’t need to put factory cylinder, so which one do you think better ?? Factory or Malossie cylinder head

If you disconnected the temperature sensor. You will almost certainly seize your engine. The Euro 4 is very different to the previous model. That's why you have to use the standard cylinder. The CDI has to know the temperature to set the ignition timing. The choke needs power to it to turn it off. If it's disconnected, it will never run right. Piaggio did a lot of modifications to the Euro 4 models to get through emissions. Even though it looks the same as the previous model, it's not.

I just connected the temperature sensor and disconnected E-choke then I did test drive. It was fine but sometimes rpm didn’t come back to stable rpm ( 1500-1700) it was around 2000 but sometimes back to normal rpm. Driving was not bad but feel like lose a bit power. Top speed was 75 , it’s 70 now and a bit slow to reach top speed as well but good news is didn’t cut engine out this time.

The idle is erratic because even with the bike warm. It's running on the choke.

Still rpm is around 2-3000 but I think, it will be fine to drive. I’m very scared to break down again on the road lol because it’s my first scooter ever. Thanks again. I will be back if I need help. Merry Christmas

I think you really need to get a temperature gauge. It would give you an idea of what's going on.
