Bought a scooter ran great first day until it bogged down and fuel drained out the air intake , replaced carb air intake fuel lines fuel filter cdi and spark , got it to run again after full throttle being needed to start it and wouldn't stay on without throttle , last night I rode it and it died on me again no leaks or anything I'm almost 100$ in parts and paid 530 for it , any suggestions on next approach

'Shotgun' replacing parts is very expensive and rarely works. New parts are sometimes defective and can lead to more problems. So STOP and find a service manual for your scoot. Follow the troubleshooting guide EXACTLY. Do not skip any steps or assume anything. You may find the problem(s) then.

sounds like the carburetor is experiencing issues. It would be easier to buy a cheap replacement carb off amazon than attempt to repair the individual parts in the stock carb.
If you do decide to fix the stock carb id start by making sure the float is working correctly, and id give it a complete clean.
