Been there, up Real close, laid in the "sacrificial stone" (outside the circle). Incredible beyond words. Between Avesbury, Sarum(Salisbury), and Stonehenge that is the most significant place(s) I've ever been. What is 'dusted in the ring'?

Here we go jackrides, copy and pasted from Collin's English Dictionary. What does done and dusted mean slang? [mainly British] finished or decided, with nothing more to be said or done.
