got so fed up with the stock exhaust after 1 day i begged my friend to let me come over and fix the vance exhaust in the rain. He obliged and its back on the scoot now. I have a 110 main jet and i have either a 45 or 48 idle jet (cant remember which i apologize). For anyone with a 2 stroke 50cc or a roughhouse, an aftermarket exhaust will give you a ton of performance upgrades both in throttle feel, top speed, and make it both quicker and faster, HOWEVER, a cone filter/air intake other than the stock box OR the stock box modified will only hurt. My roughhouse came without the stock air box and its been a pain in the butt trynna get great throttle response without the stock air box. 2 stroke scooters do NOT like intake filters etc, but i have no choice until i can find a roughhouse intake box for sale (No company sells them, and the ones that have it listed on their website say "out of stock". I have heard I can use a buddy 50 2 stroke intake box as a replacement so i will be trying to source one of those very soon)

You could try the Malossi Air "Cone" scooterdynasty.com/airfiltermalossie5redfor50cc2-strokekymcosymscooters.aspx?fbclid=IwAR3tluIxjRkdKAy35rHGIEuL9cQKej4CVhYFmziSnqYaOoFBDY4jmOr9Q8w I was told that in cooler temps to down jet by one size to help compensate for those conditions. I get all my scooter related advice (and maybe a little un-related) from these guys on this forum they know their stuff! As someone linked above, ScooterLoungeOnline.com is my go to stop for most every stock part for the Roughhouse50. You could pick up a replacement battery cover www.scooterloungeonline.com/product/P2624030650Middle Cover www.scooterloungeonline.com/product/P2625010650They're out of mirrors at the moment.

I recently installed an NCY 72cc Big Bore Kit on my roughhouse, and changed the rollers back to the stock weight of 7.5g. I bury the needle on the speedo so im not sure what the top speed is but its around 60mph. Ill get a GPS reading soon as well as a full write up of the current build and more pictures.

So ive installed the NCY 72cc kit, used the provided gaskets but covered both sides in hondabond. Assembled and did my heat cycles and break in period, then I retorqued the head nuts as i had a tiny bit of leakage. Once I fixed the leak it has ran really strong! I am using both my injection as well as pre mixing a little bit. My next step is to install carbon fiber reeds, and fully tune the CVT. I can pop it up like insanely easy now and its been making learning wheelies a lot easier.
I put a generic seat cover on from TEMU, as well as dragon film on the head lights, custom brake light with integrated turn signals, and small turn signals in the front that double as high beams. Im going to be installing underglow soon as well. I have UV purple LED strips for the body of the scooter and ill be adding some red strips as additional brake lighting.

I did some upgrades. Put carbon fiber reeds ( it came with thick and thin set i used the thick set cuz i didnt know which was better, if i should have gone with the thin ones please let me know), NCY intake, Dellorto 17.5 carb based on your guys suggestions, and 3g - 6g rollers alternating. all i need now is a new exhaust gasket and a set of idle jets for the dellorto and it should be perfect
