Rh50 sport build w/ 70cc mhr replica, 19mm malossi carb, malossi 14/43 secondary gear, malossi performance CDI, malossi variator W/7g rollers, yellow malossi contra, oil pump active W/1/2-3/4oz pre-mix added per gallon...and the kicker Yasuni Z exhaust. Ordered and paid for City16. This build is a week old. While I sort out this exhaust mess, how do I ride the bike short distances (less than 3 miles; 1.5mi park for 12 hours, then 1.5mi park for 12 hours).
Biggest issue is low end take off bog. I know the pipe is out of its band with MHR and I know my stock crank is at risk too. But one thing at a time I suppose.
In all reality, how much, if any, damage will be done if I ride those distances a couple days a week? What can I do to still ride but mitigate potential damage to cylinder? I'll get the city16 or R, but it's gonna be a minute. I got lighter roller sets (6g-4g) and wide range of main/pilot jets on the way.
I know there are tons of variables and a lot of "you should've", but this is what I got going on right now, and need some advice about this $$$ build gone wrong by dealership/shop guy.
In advice on getting this thing to be usable for a couple weeks would be greatly appreciated

If anything the Yasuni Z makes a lot more bottom end power than the city 16. So take off will be better. It would be the top end power where it runs out of steam. Running a Yasuni Z with the rep cylinder will not in anyway damage it. Does the bog only happen when pulling away? Or even at higher speeds? What clutch springs are you running? I would also think the rollers might be too heavy.

I ran a yasuni r malossi mhr replica on my roughouse
Your rollers are way Too heavy for that set up try 5 to 6 grams . Closer to 5 grams is what the c 16 will need the z will need closer to 6 If your weights are right you should feel dirt bike spunky on and off throttle
Do you have stiff clutch springs so you start in the powerband . This will work for this pipe and the c16 If you roll slow for 100 feet than pick up speed try stiffer clutch springs
The yellow contra spring sounds right .
Carb settings with airbox With the 19mm carb Low 80's on the main
Do you have a temp gauge if so let the scoot warm up to 140 degrees before you jump on The proper main jet should keep it below 350 degrees on long wide open runs . I run wide open for 3-4 miles on my 10 mile trip in too work

Doesn't the yasunni run out below 9k, stock crank can handle that easily

Awesome, thanks for the info. Running stock clutch and springs. I'll do springs and drop my weights to 6g. It's only on take off, mid/top end is good.

Sorry to hear they sold you something you didn't order. On the other hand, that pipe is fine for your setup. It is a great pipe for the lower end of the ideal rpm range of that cylinder. That makes it a GREAT setup for city riding and other places where quick acceleration is desirable. The Z doesn't hurt anything. Make sure both the restrictors are removed from the head pipe and silencer. Put some good effort in tuning and your bike is quicker off the line than the same bike with a city16.
