What happens when a 2008 Argo AR150-18 and a 2002 Yamaha Vino get into that machine that turned Jeff Goldblum into a fly? Probably an abortion but at least the Vino plastics are sitting over a Yamaha-esque 150cc powerplant and gets reined in by front and rear disks. In the process of body work/modification, aligning suspension geometry after dropping it to sit JUST 1" above terra firma and frame structure touch up welding. Then harness work and little touches and mods then on to the next frankenbuild but it's always a good way to take a breath from 2T builds with something so much less nerve-wracking.

A stretched vino, love it. That 150 going to absolutely fly with the little vino frame.

A stretched vino, love it. That 150 going to absolutely fly with the little vino frame. Well, i actually cut down the Argo (trimming the fat if you will to a point that it is comparably almost less than the vino chassis) frame so I was able to focus on the subframe modification as well as run the far more upgraded front suspension over the cantilever system the vino employed. Before the frame modifications the Argo did 57mph easy without exhaust, "performance" head/cam, carb and variator tuning...I am looking forward to see if this bumps up them rookie numbers especially in the acceleration dept. 😏

Hell, cutting off the centerstand and associated mount frame removed a touch over 6 lbs. This Argo was well built if anything but that centerstand was sitting directly on the ground and it obviously didn't need the weight so the side stand does all needed once I cut it down.

Yeah, the center stand usually ends up in the way, especially when doing a larger exhaust or swap.
Beautiful bike so far, can't wait to see how you finish it 😀

Still working on tailight as I am not the best at body moulding so i am still shaping it but going to put the VHT nightshade finish on the rear turns as well.
