Hi, I have an Kymco Super 9 LC it has 16k km, and it has nothing changed to it, I would like to know the variator weights and cvt belt dimensions.

You could just order from one the scoot specialist web site and hope the catalogues are right,you would be better opening up the CVT and measuring them for your self,with the right tools it,s a hour of job at best.

Buy a cheap ebay or amazon kitchen scales that can measure single grams. Belt dimensions can be found by google'ing super 9 belts and look in the webshops product notes.
