Just bought a bone stock Yamaha Giggle/C3/Vox

And its doing exact 46kmh, (28-29 mph) and I would like to tune the engine a little bit. In holland speed enforcement is strict and you are allowed to have a maximum speed of 56 kmh (35mph). What is the best way to achieve this speed? Thanks

I installed the malossi multivar and my Giggle is is doing strong headwind 50kmh and for the wind 65 kmh. I am happy with that. I did nt install the white malossi spring yet. What would be the advantage of installing that white malossi spring? Can anyone explain that to me?

It would shift down to a lower gear more easily for stuff like hills, and when you come off the throttle.
