Yamaha Zuma gearbox rattle sound

Hi all is it normal for gearbox are to make a quite kinda cackle sound as you turn wheel forward when on stand ?it doesn’t make the noise when you spin it backwards ,gearbox oil is good I think ,and not the breaks as does it without brakes installed

One thing to check for is flyweights with flat spots.
One or two could be looser than the others and bouncing around a bit
