Those rollers are way too heavy. Stock the rollers are about 6g. You are not even getting into the power band of the pipe. If you look at this graph from a standard Aerox with a pipe from Pedparts. The 6.5g rollers are not getting anywhere near the power band till 45mph. You are nearly twice that weight. www.pedparts.co.uk/c/asset/blog_images/tuning-rollers.jpgI had the same setup for a while with a smaller carb. It's a great combination. 👍

Why do you think the rollers were too light? It just seems strange that this Aerox wants to use heavier weights than any Aerox I've seen before. They usually like light weights.

Hey i have a stock variator thinking off upgrading to malossi right now i have 5g rollers and revs good the problem was in the stock clutch so i switched it to a stage 6 mk2 cluth and working good but hard to tune the cluth for good launches.

The Malossi Multivar is a good upgrade over the stock variator.

The Malossi Multivar is a good upgrade over the stock variator. You mean the Malossi Multivar MHR Overrange? Many choices i dont know witch one to choise.

I was on about the normal Multivar. I've never used the MHR one. Only the stage 6 over range. I like the Multivar for a sports or standard setup. Though I have The Polini hi speed evo on one of my Aerox and quite like it. But it's £40 more than a Multivar. The standard Aerox variator is very poor.
