Hi all!
I have a 2001 Vino 50 (same angled intake horizontal minarelli as the later Jogs) with a Polini Corsa 70cc kit, Yasuni R exhaust, Polini CP21 carb, and full Malossi CVT.
It runs great but every day it takes up to 5 minutes of constant kicking to get it started, Once it's warmed up it runs fine and even starts first or second kick for usually the rest of the day, but after it sits overnight it needs minutes of kicking again. Choke on or off doesn't help.
106 main jet, needle clip 1 notch leaner than the middle, 36 pilot, mix screw 1.5 turns OUT.
The bowl is always full of gas and even if I manually prime it by sucking on the vacuum line it doesn't seem to make a difference. What could be causing this?
Thanks in advance!

Has it only done this since fitting the carb? Is the manual choke adjustment correct?

Has it only done this since fitting the carb? Is the manual choke adjustment correct? It got the big carb at the same time as the 70cc kit, and it has done this ever since. How do I make sure it's adjusted properly? I have a scooterswapshop remote choke fitted. I forgot to mention but it is on the stock vacuum petcock which I have tested for flow + priming, and it also has a timing advance woodruff key.

Make sure that the choke is adjusted so on full travel it blocks the port off. But when the cable is pulled tight, it's not bottoming out.
