Anyone have insights into what could be causing this weird revving pattern? I think it is a jetting/carb tuning issue, but I'm not sure which jets to mess around with. Video here:

It's hard to tell from the video. Unless something has been changed it should have an 80 main and a 44 pilot. Maybe the carb is gummed up and needs cleaning? You might let it idle for 60 seconds or so, shut it off and look at the spark plug. Clean scoot by the way!

Cool gotcha. I have been dreading taking it apart to clean, but I should probably try that. And thanks! Just got it a couple weeks ago and it's my first scoot.
