PWK with oil feed

Hello everyone. New to 2T and forum. I bought a yamaha neos 100 2t. 4vp. I want to buy pwk 24 carb but also i want to use my oil pump. What can i do to use it? Will drilling the carb is enough? What size inlet should i use? Should i change the oil pipe diameter? Do i have to make any adjustments to oil pump?

I wouldn't change the diameter of the oil pipe.
