If you want a GY6 50 specifically, I'm not sure that you'll find any with 16" wheels.

For Chinese stuff, most people seem to buy online unless they have a dealer nearby that doesn't mark stuff way up. Just google some places that sell what you want to find reviews. AFAIK most drop ship. I've seen plenty of places on craigslist and facebook marketplace that look like they're selling out of warehouses, unrelated businesses or sometimes storage lockers that have somewhat OK pricing, but I've never dealt with any of them. I wouldn't expect any kind of support beyond the initial sale if doing that and I'd be cautious meeting someone at a storage place with a bunch of cash in hand.

It's going to be truck freight if you order online. In some cases that means a full size tractor-trailer shows up at your residence. That could be a problem depending on the layout of the apartment building. Sometimes you can get a box truck to deliver instead. You should ask the company that you are considering what your options are before you buy and make sure it'll work for you. You could ask apartment management what's OK as well if you wanna be safe.

Also, check for lift gate service. I've had standard and lift gate for scoots and large stuff. Without the lift gate service, the driver and I had to get whatever unloaded from the back of the truck. With the lift gate, they just lower it down and the lift gate trucks that came here all had pallet jacks or other means to wheel things right into my garage instead of carrying them. I've had friends that get stuff delivered to their workplace. Sometimes that can save on shipping by not being residential and they actually had loading docks so it made it simple without needing a liftgate.
