Sounds like no spark, but you could check to be sure if you haven’t already. You could also check for water in the air box or air filter.
It may just need to dry out. I’ve done this before. Washed a scoot and it was a day or more before it would start and rode in the rain and had running problems during and after for a bit. You may be able to speed up the process with compressed air or maybe a hair drier if you’re careful with the heat.
Something could have actually failed, but I wouldn’t be too pessimistic just yet.

Yeah it was my first time trying that, but didn't know that power washer could damage the moped that much. I saw that other people were doing the same thing also. Anyway yes yesterday i changed my spark , give it a try and there was electricity coming from it perfectly. I managed to start it for about 1 minute then it stalled again. Today i will try to clean the carb or air filter if there is any water inside of it. Thanks for the advice.

Power washing can force water into many places where it does not belong like the air filter box, the carb bowl vent, the CVT, gearbox, battery box, battery, switches, electrical connectors, fuel tank, fuel system, vacuum and vent lines. Water that enters the air intake may get sucked into the engine when starting is attempted so check the crankcase also. Your scoot is only designed to keep normal rainfall and road spray out IF it is in new condition. Power washing a car/truck engine compartment can cause similar problems.

So its been about a week since this problem started. Still nothing. What i did? Firstly i bought a new spark, and still nothing. Secondly i bought new air filter ( malossi red spongue ) . Still the same. Funny thing is that between changing the parts there were couple of startups, but after i try to give a little throttle it bogs down and shuts down again. I tried re-ajusting the air fuel mixture , same thing nothing. Todat i talked to a local mechanic , and he told me that my CDI might still have water inside ( don't know if that is true ) . Anyway thanks for replying everyone

Ok so compresion is perfect, spark is consistsnt ( at least what i saw ). New air filter ( new spounge ), fuel is getting to the carb ( disconected the fuel tube from the carb, when cranking it is spilling ). Dont know what else to look for. Disconnected tue CDI. Used some heated air to dry it if there is water inside the connector . Dont know where to look for anymore. Everything you mentioned is doubble checked.

One thing i saw unusual is that one of the wires on electric choke is naked ( like part of it is visible). Can that somehow have some part in this problem?

No i dont have spate CDI, and in my country it is kind of touguh to order from ebay. Dont know if it's the right choice to order one. Anyway someone told me today thay empty battery ( which in my case yes it is almost completely empty) can cause starting problems. Do you think that can be related to my problem?

I have accidentally knocked vacuum lines off and created air leaks by using a pressure washer so you may want to double check that there are no loose hoses/tubes and no air leaks
