Carburetor problem

Hello, recently I have cleaned my carb after the scooter sat for a while. The carburetor has auto choke. The scooter starts perfectly but after 2 minutes it starts making an wierd noise, the noise is coming from the carb it sounds like an injector, he idle drops and after it stalls, when I opened the airbox, I saw some fuel there, the engine is not running rich, I even tried 3 turns for the airscrew and it still does that. Please help!

Hey there!
The noise you describe seems to be a knocking/clunking noise which cannot be related to the carb even if you think it comes from it, instead comes from a very low idle speed. You can relate that noise if you try to spin back and forth the engine manually from the flywheel.
Regarding the fuel you found in the airbox. That can be caused by the floating valve not closing properly.
What's the scooter and the carb in question? What's the setting right now?

So, I have as the Main jet 92 and pilot jet 35 I maybe think the floating valve is a bit messed up when I hold the carburetor upside down the floating thing goes a bit to down I mean it goes close to the carburetor body and it's not leveled
And the scooter is Kymco Super 9 2005 Liquid Cooled 2 stroke
