forgot to mention that, maybe you cant Test "CutAway" amount by adding "LiquidMetal" onto the Slide....Just for short test purpose....

thanks. i tought about palying with the cutaway using j-b weld. but as a last option before buying a PWK isntead. duno when ill play with it but look  which one should i try first ?
i lied. its not a 2003 its a 2004. its not like it change anything tho....  |

ok nevermind. this kit is useless. i have w9, and its the the same size of the smallest in the kit. would need anything smaller than w9 but i have none. UPDATE tested them all. it change but absolutly nothing fix the issue. peice of shit. another 40$ wasted.

Was there even any Change on the Exact spot where idle circuit changes into main jet circuit ? on the exact Transition spot/stage and very early main jet circuit ? with the Leanest needle and with the Richest needle from the kit. Do the Needles in that 10pcs kit have Codes stamped on them ? www.mopo.fi/tiedostot/Luistineula%20W.pdfAny substandard explanation/item description for the sales package, that would allow you legally to Return/get refund for it ? W10 (and W12 W19) would be the Leanest on the PDF chart linked. i hope you find a acceptable reason to get the needle kit returned and fully refunded. ps. i envy your car front bumber, i wish my Alfa's front1 would be that good. |

thanks. im so done palying around with that, i think i skipped trying whe W12 ( the only one you talked about that i have in the kit ). yes they have Wnumber stamped. i didnt notice any changes at all, but kinda hard to tell since it happens only on quick throttle action. and never on the first hit always after 4-10 hit. the needles in the kit are W3 W4 W5 W7 W8 W9 W10 W11 W12 W26. nothing about return. carb and carb parts are NEVER returnable here. i was lucky 2 years ago to get ScooterTuning to replace the Naraku cvk carb ( it was damaged from previous buyer ).
ill give it another try later or tomorrow. gotta fix another issue with this scooter that appeared 2 week ago and its getting worse everyday. |

Saw you mention something about slides. For what it's worth, I have a 21mm PHBG on my horizontal air cooled minarelli with street race cylinder and I could not get it tuned right without switching to a 50 slide.

ok so...
tested with the W12. no changes. even seemed worse, but no way to make it keep idle without blocking 3/4 of the air intake at the carb. so hard to say.
i'm really done with this... not sure ill have the motivation and energy to mod it and keep testing.
it shouldnt be......

Have you tried to replace the gas filter? If it doesn't give a nice steady flow...

yes i did replace it.
i also enlarged the brass insert. no change at all.
one thing i noticed tho. is that after i hit the throttle fast many time and the problem happen, then let it idle, then for sure it will die after less than 1 minute. only way to keep it idling after is plugging 80% of the carb air inlet ( barely letting the 2 small brass thing sucking air ) with my hand. then rpm increase so it doesnt die. and then will die eventually but not as fast.
im telling you, i'm done with it. throwed that peice of shit in the junk pile. i kept all the jets and needles, gonna try to sell the whole stuff for like 20$. i'm so done with it.
