Hello everyone,
I picked up a buddies scooter to fix up for him. Carbs are clogged, so I know they need a deep clean. But, I shot some starter fluid in the carbs and some weird noise was coming out of it. It sounded so scratchy but did fire up. Any ideas what it could be? I was thinking it could be the starter.
