Good day y’all. I’m new to this group nice to meet y’all. Can I ask a serious question regarding about my yamaha jog.
Here’s the story I have Yamaha jog 70cc and I bought overange kit malossi from scootertuning and malossi primary gear 15/41.
This is the issue, I install the primary gearing everything is fine and very smooth. But when I install the torque drive with clutch and bell, the thread from primary shaft is not enough to put the nut and lock it. Anu advice what is the best way to fix my problem.
Thank you in advance mor power and god bless all.

Welcome!
Take a look at the setup. See if you can tell where it may need less spacing. Is the pulley back sitting far out from the case or is the clutch bell sitting out from the clutch and not aligning with it for example. Look for any other possible irregularities that could be a potential cause as well, just in case since it's all new stuff.
I was actually talking to someone with a vertical Jog that swapped an aftermarket primary shaft on and had the same issue using an overrange setup. He wound up machining the shoulder on the shaft. No idea if that's relevant here, but thought I'd mention it.
