2003 Yamaha Zuma....Ugly Betty Resurrected

I figured that I would start a build thread now that I have new parts coming in, just got a bunch of goodies from Scooter Attack in Germany. I still need some various parts and tools before I'm ready to tear into the engine. I'm excited to get my Zuma back on the road and with more power than my previous build. Build plan is as follows

Stage6 Sport Pro MKII 12mm
Malossi MHR RHQ 12mm crankshaft
Dellorto PHBN 17.5mm carb
Yasuni City 16
Malossi Delta Clutch
Malossi Wing Bell
Stage6 variator (if I remember right)
Reed valve (want a new one to replace the Polini Evolution reed valve I currently have)
Gears (undecided on which set, I know that I have a set of 08 secondary gears I can use. I don't want to loose much acceleration)
Tires-Continental Twist front and rear OEM sizes 

It will definitely be nice to not worry about the crankshaft anymore, I was always so paranoid about anything over 10k RPMs

The city 16 was out of stock for over a year a while ago. I was beginning to think Yasuni had discontinued it.
Don't forget you have to remove the restrictions from it. Unlike the C16.
Should be a great combination. 👍
