Hey everyone. New to the forum. My scooter is a 50cc Vitacci challenger made by Yongfu.
I got a great deal on it,only $275 and It only has 1777 miles on it!
It was hard to start when I got it, but a new carb fixed that (I put an #85 main jet in it). The factory muffler is broken off so I got a new exhaust system and I am putting it on today.
So what I want to do next is try a new variator weight setup. Can anyone recommend what weights I should try? Are there any good kits with multiple weights? I found a Gliaxal BBK I wanna buy and the kit comes with 6g and 7g weights and a new housing. Should those be a good choice?
There is a noticeable shake when idling that is less noticeable if the rear brake brake is held. I think possibly some new bushings are needed because of the weight of the previous owner (around 300lbs!). So any ideas on how to eliminate any slop in the suspension would be appreciated.
I removed the factory air filter and the PAIR system. Now, what should I do with #1 the tank vent hose, #2 the hose that comes out of the bottom of the case below the clutch and #3 the oil breather? I left the tank vent hose connected to the check valve thing for now. Should that be ok? The hose below the clutch I cut off even with the hold down for now. The oil breather I left off for now. I gotta find a filter cap or block it off I guess.
So yeah. Any advice?? Thanks for reading my thread.

Congrats on your purchase! Just follow every step on this video and you should be fine. What comes to rollers all depends on your weight/if you ride with 2 riders, if you live in an area with alot of elevation.. Personally i would go for 6g rollers, I like to have my engine revving higher on hills even if I lose some top end. Set the scooter on its stand and give the rear wheel a good wiggle, if there's no slack you're goooood.
