Anyone know of after market carbs that fit the Yamaha Razz?

Carbs for these are getting harder and harder to find so I was wondering if anyone knows of any replacements that don't require much to fit? At first it looks like a PW 50 carb will fit as it looks very similar but after looking into it more others have tried without success. It looks like a PHBN carb would work but the throttle cable placement looks very different so that is a concern. I would hate to have to redo the throttle cables and have the carb to not run right, so I am looking for advice if someone has found aftermarket carb that actually works well.

Anything that is different to stock will require some adjustment to work. Just like fitting a carb to any other scooter.
There is no reason Dellorto PHBN wouldn't work. Either a 12mm of a 17.5mm.
Most people upgrade to a bigger carb so not as many places stock the 12mm Dellorto. But it's what is fitted to the later vertical Minarelli engines.
I think I have one somewhere if you need pictures.

Thanks for the info. I found a affordable PHBN clone online. I think I will go with that for now and try to document what needs to be done to get it to fit. If it works out I might buy a genuine one down the line. Looking again the biggest concern appears to be the throttle cables as the OEM carb has the choke and throttle going in the top as one piece and the PHBN is actually separated.

Are you sure it's one cable? All the pictures I could find show two. I can't see how the choke would work otherwise.

You are correct. I meant to say the two cables go into one piece at the top of the OEM carb (it is a detachable lid with a screw) but they are indeed still two separate cables. It looks very similar to the QT50 or PW50 carbs, maybe those would fit better? The PHBN model has them going into two separate portions of the top of the carb i.e center and off to the side instead of both into the top.
