I finally got the link to work copy and pasting it. I have used that Keihin carb the last three times. I really like it as well. I measured the venturi, which is highly polished, at 18.5mm. I order off eBay from some guy in Houston TX and it shippes fast.

OKO makes a 28mm pumper carb that's real nice, if your looking for a upgrade to a 150cc 24mm one. The plastic hat with sholderbolts holding it down is a sign of a good carb. The ones with the metal hats are hit and miss for reliable.

These 'KunFu' carbs come on my new factory GY6-80 bikes. Excellent carbs. Never had a single problem with any one of these carbs. The ones with the red plug on the enricher stay away from those they suck. These are awesome and that price cant be beat. I got one in today to fix a Jonway Sunny I bought for $275. it has a new carb on it and is junk...its one of the ones with the red enricher plug. www.ebay.com/itm/360430105305?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1439.l2649#ht_3736wt_1399These come jetted 76/? so its a good replacement for a true 49cc bike...and others of course if you have some jets around already.
