Dellorto question

I am installing a 19mm carb on my Beamer, but I have no idea what these two ports are for

are they vents ?.... aux vacuum?
I have some plugs, but would like to know if they have a purpose
Carb is model PHBG 19

There was no real info at the dellorto site
I figure I'd just cap em, but wanted some input

I found some other diagrams that show those ports, but they dont say what they are. My guess is they do nothing... but I could be wrong. It's probably just another company trying to save some cash by reusing a design, even if some of the parts dont do anything

I think this carb was made specifically for stage6 by dellorto
I cant figure what use the ports could possibly have

Are they overflow fuel ports maybe???

Fuel overflows I believe. I have them on my PHBL. I leave 'em just as they are, but you're supposed to attach fuel hose so you can redirect fuel away from the engine if it overflows.

If indeed they are overflow..... I shouldn't cap them, rather run tubing down from then ??

I'm installing the remote choke now then the carb goes on with a fresh reed cage
