hanging rpm, bogging down.

Hello, made a similar thread but didnt get any help, so my problem is that when my moped warms up to 3-5 temperature bars on gilera runner dash, when i go WOT or just slowly accelerate and drop the rpm to 6-7k it hangs on there and when i try uping the rpm again it bogs for a sec before going, setup is- piaggio mk2 sport pro, 21 phbg dellorto with motoforce filter, gianelli reverse, carbon reeds. Tried all of the needle clip places in carb, but issue seems persistant, also on the lowest place it was just always dying and it was the worst so far and the main jet is on the rich side, idles good, and runs great before getting really warm.

Definitely sounds like a jetting issue, but a video of it in action would help. What is your transmission setup and jetting (both main and pilot)? Which needle are you using?

Are you running a temperature gauge other than the stock unit? Having actual degrees read out would help with tuning. The motoforce filter is a open filter type so it makes jetting finicky

What jetting do you have ?

Main jet size ,needle size ,pilot

main jet is 95, needle is w7, tbh i have no idea what the pilot is, but when i turned out the air mixture screw out it seemed to actually help, atm i dont have a lot of time to work on the moped because of exams, but maybe it was running too lean, since turning out the screw made it richer i think?

yeah i know i should get a temp gauge, i was looking at the koso one, sadly cant make a vid cuz i dont have a camera or nun, but transmission is polini 3g clutch with stock blue springs and the orange RT contra, RT clutchbell, and RT variator with athena belt, i havent checked the pilot, but main jet is 95 and the needle is w7 ( update i think it didnt actually even help ) atp idk anymore
